Delete your arabically account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open arabically and go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@arabically.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do this within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, clips, saved words, lists, review history, friendships and likes are removed from our database immediately. Database backups roll over and are gone within 30 days. Translations of public YouTube captions are kept without any link to you, to serve other learners.

Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it first in the App Store (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions).
